Service Description

This is a confidential consultation for a caring and systematic assessment of work capacity and needs. I will listen, clarify as needed, and understand your context and its aftereffects on your capacity and decision-making. We will explore together if our coaching model is the best fit for your needs. All conversations are private, respectful, validating, caring, and mindful of your leadership responsibilities. Payment Information: You may choose to pay either at the time of booking or after your session. If you prefer to pay after the session, please select “Pay in Person” when booking. Although the session is conducted virtually, this is the only invoicing option the booking system provides. If you chose "Pay in Person," we will email you an invoice with a secure payment link following your appointment.
