Her trauma-informed critical stress management coaching for leaders and values-based, purpose-driven organizational training integrates neuroscience, leadership research, evidence-based practices, ethics, and organizational systems. Her commitment is to help leaders regain capacity during high-pressure seasons, help companies nurture loving, joyful, and fulfilling workplaces, and, through systematic Biblical exegesis, help Christians understand how to lead and work with love for others at work.

Dr. Shalini Jebasingh’s critical stress management work focuses on leaders navigating burnout, prolonged stress, grief, loss, divorce, trauma, or high-stakes responsibility. Using the theoretical SCRIBE Framework, she helps leaders stabilize decision-making, manage daily and critical work demands, and protect organizational functioning while capacity is restored.

Dr. Jebasingh’s research on the experience of love at work and in leadership lays the foundation for her organizational training, in which she helps midsize companies build loving, joyful, and fulfilling workplaces with values-based, purpose-driven work teams. Her research-based, validated Love in Leadership Assessment is available for anyone to use here. Under her name, she hosts a podcast on Spotify and videos on YouTube, where she teaches critical stress management and how to build values-based organizations and work-life.

As the founder of Bible at Work, Dr. Jebasingh exegetes Biblical truth and applies it to the workplace and leadership.
