EIRENE GROUP
Confidentiality & Privacy Commitment
Critical Stress Management Coaching
At Eirene Group, confidentiality and anonymity is foundational to our critical stress management coaching services.
Leaders seek this coaching during high-pressure seasons that require discretion, trust, and professional care. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling all coaching engagements with respect and integrity.
We maintain anonymity. There will be no disclosure to boards, partners, or employers.
Our focus is this: you regain work capacity and thrive at your work, again.
Nature of the Coaching Relationship
Critical Stress Management Coaching is a professional coaching service, not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical care. Coaching focuses on work functioning, leadership capacity, decision-making, and performance under stress. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Coaching is intended to complement, not replace, care you may receive from licensed healthcare providers such as therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or physicians.
Confidentiality of Coaching Conversations
All coaching conversations, written communications, session notes, and shared materials are treated as confidential. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties—including employers, boards, organizations, family members, or colleagues—without your explicit written consent.
We do not provide progress reports, summaries, or evaluations to employers or organizations unless you request and authorize this in writing.
Anonymity and Non-Disclosure
Coaching engagements are private and anonymous. No information, including the fact that coaching is occurring, is disclosed to boards, employers, partners, organizations, or third parties without your explicit written consent.
Coaching remains confidential even when services are sponsored or paid for by an organization, unless you explicitly authorize disclosure in writing.
No Use of Coaching Content for Marketing or Promotion
No testimony, quotes, case examples, session content, or client experiences—whether anonymized or identifiable—will be used, shared, or referenced for marketing, promotional, educational, research, or any other purposes. Coaching conversations are never recorded, quoted, or repurposed in any form.
Limits to Confidentiality
While confidentiality is taken seriously, there are limited circumstances under which disclosure may be required by law or ethical obligation. These include:
-
If there is an imminent risk of serious harm to you or others
-
If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, elder, or vulnerable adult, as required by law
-
If disclosure is required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal mandate
In such cases, disclosure will be limited to the minimum information required, and when appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you before disclosure.
Records, Notes, and Data Handling
Coaching notes are maintained solely for the purpose of supporting the coaching process. These notes are not medical records and are not shared with third parties.
Digital records are stored securely using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We do not sell, trade, or share personal information for marketing or commercial purposes.
Virtual Coaching and Technology
Critical stress management coaching is provided virtually. While reasonable steps are taken to protect privacy during virtual sessions, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. By engaging in virtual coaching, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of digital communication.
We recommend participating in sessions from a private, secure location and using personal devices whenever possible.
Client Responsibility and Informed Participation
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching. Coaching does not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes. Regaining work capacity and managing critical stress may take weeks or months, and in some cases longer, depending on individual circumstances.
You agree to seek appropriate professional or medical care if needed and to inform your coach if you are working with other providers whose care may intersect with your work capacity.
Commitment to Dignity and Respect
Eirene Group approaches critical stress management coaching with respect for your dignity, role, and responsibilities. Experiencing critical stress, burnout, or reduced capacity does not reflect failure or weakness. Our work is grounded in professionalism, care, and ethical practice.
Questions or Concerns
If you have questions about confidentiality, privacy, or the scope of coaching services, you are encouraged to ask before or during your initial consultation.
By engaging in Critical Stress Management Coaching with Eirene Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Confidentiality & Privacy Commitment.
