Eirene Group is a Texas-based organizational and leadership coaching and training firm located in Bellaire, TX. We use an evidence-based neuroscience approach in our coaching and training. Our values-based, purpose-driven curriculum helps leaders and teams perform at a high level, support sustainable growth, and find fulfillment at work.

Our six-session training series, delivered every two months, equips employees across the organization to perform effectively during both routine work and the challenging, unpredictable periods that accompany growth.

Our Founder

Dr. Shalini Jebasingh founded Eirene Group in 2012 after more than 30 years in nonprofit media, business development, and cross-cultural leadership. She has worked with global leaders across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Europe, as well as with governments in Asia.

Inspired by leaders who modeled love (care and compassion) and truth (integrity), Shalini witnessed how values such as love, truth, forgiveness, perseverance, and generosity create joyful teams and long-term success. Through her research and global experience, she has seen that workplaces grounded in high values and strong ethics support both employee well-being and sustainable organizational growth.

Shalini holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist University, where her doctoral research explored the role of love in leadership. She has also researched and published on forgiveness in leadership.

She is passionate about helping businesses, churches, and organizations embed high values in daily operations and build teams that find fulfillment and purpose in their work.

Our Core Values

Love
We love our neighbors - team members, clients, vendors, partners, and others we interact with as we love ourselves. We understand that love for team members ensures emotional safety at work.
Truth

We work in truth, with integrity and authenticity in our company relationships, communications, and practices. We understand that truth helps us to work with clarity and make better decisions at work.

Trust and Forgiveness

We build trust through loving and faithful behavior.  When trust is broken, we pursue justice,  healing, and forgiveness, always aiming to bring relief and restoration to those who were harmed.

Creativity and Excellence

We live and work with originality, imagination, creativity, wholeheartedness, and passion. We have freedom without our boundaries at work for creativity to flourish.

Growth

We prioritize learning and development to grow professionally and collectively as a company. We support our team members in their personal growth goals.

For Faith-Based Companies, Organizations, and Churches

For faith-based companies, churches, and mission-driven organizations, Eirene Group offers coaching and training grounded in biblical values, neuroscience, and evidence-based leadership principles.

Led by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh, who holds graduate training from Dallas Theological Seminary in addition to her PhD, our faith-based engagements integrate leadership research, neuroscience, and evidence-based workplace practices through a biblical framework. We help leaders and teams embody values such as love, truth, forgiveness, integrity, perseverance, and belonging in their daily work and leadership decisions.

Support for Leaders Experiencing Critical Stress

In addition to organizational training, we offer confidential one-on-one coaching for C-suite leaders navigating critical stress related to burnout, conflict, divorce, loss, grief, or trauma. These sessions provide space to reframe challenges, manage critical work demands, and gradually restore work capacity at a pace guided by your needs.

Support and Trauma-Informed Leadership

Intimate partner violence victims, survivors, and overcomers.

Statistically, about 35% of women and 25% of men have endured violence and stalking by an intimate partner.  Chances are, some of them are at your workplace.

We offer free trauma-informed leadership training for team leaders.

Children and adult survivors and overcomers who experienced trauma.

About 20% of adults have experienced at least four adverse childhood experiences, usually from violence at home. Many have overcome their traumatic childhood experiences; some still struggle.

We offer a free seminar on practical approaches, research, and methods to healing and recovery from trauma.

If your company has 100 employees, it’s almost certain that some are living with the effects of trauma or are currently experiencing it. We invite you to take advantage of our free training on trauma-informed leadership and our free seminar on practical approaches to healing and recovery from trauma.
