Our Founder

Dr. Shalini Jebasingh is a trauma-informed Critical Stress Management Coach, Values-Based Organizational Trainer, and Biblical Workplace and Leadership Scholar. She is the developer of the proprietary theoretical SCRIBE Framework for Critical Stress Management and the proprietary, research-based, validated Love in Leadership Assessment. She is the founder of Eirene Group and Bible at Work.

Through Eirene Group, Dr. Shalini Jebasingh works with C-suite leaders, high-responsibility professionals, and business owners whose work capacity has been impacted by critical stress. She works with midsize companies to build values-based, purpose-driven workplaces where teams love one another and experience joy and fulfillment at work.

Her trauma-informed critical stress management coaching for leaders and values-based, purpose-driven organizational training integrates neuroscience, leadership research, evidence-based practices, ethics, and organizational systems. Her commitment is to help leaders regain capacity during high-pressure seasons, help companies nurture loving, joyful, and fulfilling workplaces, and, through systematic Biblical exegesis, help Christians understand how to lead and work with love for others at work.

Dr. Shalini Jebasingh’s critical stress management work focuses on leaders navigating burnout, prolonged stress, grief, loss, divorce, trauma, or high-stakes responsibility. Using the theoretical SCRIBE Framework, she helps leaders stabilize decision-making, manage daily and critical work demands, and protect organizational functioning while capacity is restored.

Our Core Values

Love
We love our neighbors - team members, clients, vendors, partners, and others we interact with as we love ourselves. We understand that love for team members ensures emotional safety at work.
Truth

We work in truth, with integrity and authenticity in our company relationships, communications, and practices. We understand that truth helps us to work with clarity and make better decisions at work.

Trust and Forgiveness

We build trust through loving and faithful behavior.  When trust is broken, we pursue justice,  healing, and forgiveness, always aiming to bring relief and restoration to those who were harmed.

Creativity and Excellence

We live and work with originality, imagination, creativity, wholeheartedness, and passion. We have freedom without our boundaries at work for creativity to flourish.

Growth

We prioritize learning and development to grow professionally and collectively as a company. We support our team members in their personal growth goals.

For Faith-Based Companies, Organizations, and Churches

For faith-based companies, churches, and mission-driven organizations, Eirene Group offers coaching and training grounded in biblical values, neuroscience, and evidence-based leadership principles.

Led by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh, who holds graduate training from Dallas Theological Seminary in addition to her PhD, our faith-based engagements integrate leadership research, neuroscience, and evidence-based workplace practices through a biblical framework. We help leaders and teams embody values such as love, truth, forgiveness, integrity, perseverance, and belonging in their daily work and leadership decisions.

Support for Leaders Experiencing Critical Stress

In addition to organizational training, we offer confidential one-on-one coaching for C-suite leaders and professionals to navigate critical stress related to burnout, conflict, divorce, loss, grief, or trauma affecting their work.

We use our proprietary model, the SCRIBE Model: A Framework for Work Functioning During Critical Stress and Trauma. These sessions provide space to reframe challenges, manage critical work demands, and gradually restore work capacity at a pace guided by your needs.

Support and Trauma-Informed Leadership

Statistically, about 35% of women and 25% of men have endured violence and stalking by an intimate partner.  Chances are, some of them are at your workplace.

We offer free trauma-informed leadership training for team leaders.

Children and adult survivors and overcomers who experienced trauma.

About 20% of adults have experienced at least four adverse childhood experiences, usually from violence at home. Many have overcome their traumatic childhood experiences; some still struggle.

We offer a free seminar on practical approaches, research, and methods to healing and recovery from trauma.

If your company has 100 employees, it’s almost certain that some are living with the effects of trauma or are currently experiencing it. We invite you to take advantage of our free training on trauma-informed leadership and our free seminar on practical approaches to healing and recovery from trauma.
