1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The SCRIBE Model is a proprietary framework developed by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh and owned by Eirene Group LLC.

The SCRIBE Model may be referenced using the following titles, depending on context and audience:

• Canonical and Academic Title:
  The SCRIBE Model: A Framework for Work Functioning During Critical Stress and Trauma

• Presentation and Media Title:
  The SCRIBE Model for Navigating Work Under Critical Stress and Trauma

Both titles refer to the same underlying model, framework, structure, and intellectual property.
 
The SCRIBE Model, including all associated materials, concepts, language, diagrams, and derivatives, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
 
Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers or assigns any ownership rights in the SCRIBE Model.
 
2. Permitted Use
The SCRIBE Model is made available for educational and informational purposes only.
Individuals and organizations may use the SCRIBE Model for:

• Personal learning and reflection

• Internal, non-commercial education or discussion

• Informational review without modification

All permitted use must include a clear and visible attribution as:

3. Prohibited Use
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Eirene Group LLC, users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish the SCRIBE Model or its materials

• Use the SCRIBE Model in paid programs, trainings, certifications, or consulting

• Represent the SCRIBE Model as their own intellectual property

• Use the SCRIBE Model for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes

• License, sublicense, sell, or transfer the SCRIBE Model to third parties

 
4. No Professional, Therapeutic, or Clinical Relationship
The SCRIBE Model—whether referenced as The SCRIBE Model: A Framework for Work Functioning During Critical Stress and Trauma or The SCRIBE Model for Navigating Work Under Critical Stress and Trauma—is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other professional diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
 
Use of the SCRIBE Model does not create a therapeutic, clinical, coaching, consulting, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship between the user and Dr. Shalini Jebasingh or Eirene Group LLC.
 
Users assume full responsibility for how the SCRIBE Model is interpreted and applied.
 
5. No Warranties
The SCRIBE Model is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Shalini Jebasingh and Eirene Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the SCRIBE Model.
 
7. Enforcement and Remedies
Unauthorized use of the SCRIBE Model may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal fees where permitted by law.
Eirene Group LLC reserves the right to revoke permission for use at any time.
 
8. Licensing and Authorized Use
Organizations or individuals seeking to use the SCRIBE Model for:

• Training programs

• Organizational implementation

• Leadership development initiatives

• Clinical, coaching, or consulting contexts

• Commercial or revenue-generating activities must obtain a written license from Eirene Group LLC prior to use.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 
10. Updates to These Terms
Eirene Group LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the SCRIBE Model constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
