Terms of Use – Love in Leadership Assessment

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Love in Leadership Assessment is a proprietary self-assessment instrument developed by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh and owned by Eirene Group LLC.

 

The assessment, including all questions, scales, scoring structure, constructs, language, methodology, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

 

Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers or assigns any ownership rights in the Love in Leadership Assessment.

 

2. Permitted Use (Free Personal Use)

The Love in Leadership Assessment is provided free of charge for individual personal growth and self-reflection only.

 

Permitted use includes:

• Personal self-assessment and reflection

• Individual leadership development

• Private, non-commercial learning

 

Users may download and complete the assessment for their own personal use, provided that:

• The assessment is not modified

• Copyright and attribution notices are retained

3. Uses Requiring Prior Written License

All uses beyond personal individual use require a written license from Eirene Group LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Organizational or team use

• Coaching, consulting, or leadership development programs

• Training, workshops, or facilitation

• Academic instruction or classroom distribution

• Research, evaluation, or institutional assessment

• Clinical, therapeutic, or workplace interventions

• Commercial, revenue-generating, or paid offerings

Downloading the assessment does not grant permission for these uses.

 

4. Prohibited Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Eirene Group LLC, users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share the assessment publicly or internally

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works

• Remove copyright or attribution notices

• Represent the assessment as their own intellectual property

• Use the assessment in automated systems, platforms, or software tools

• Publish or present assessment items, scoring, or results

 

5. No Clinical, Therapeutic, or Professional Relationship

The Love in Leadership Assessment is not a diagnostic, clinical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic instrument.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or assess mental health conditions, personality disorders, or psychological functioning.

Use of this assessment does not create a therapeutic, clinical, coaching, consulting, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship between the user and Dr. Shalini Jebasingh or Eirene Group LLC.

 

6. No Warranties

The Love in Leadership Assessment is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for organizational or clinical decision-making.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Shalini Jebasingh and Eirene Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or interpretation of the Love in Leadership Assessment.

8. Licensing and Authorized Use

Organizations or individuals seeking to use the Love in Leadership Assessment for purposes other than personal use must obtain a written license from Eirene Group LLC.
