Your work capacity is your capital. Protect it.
If you are experiencing critical stress, grief, or trauma that is impacting your executive and leadership functions, I am here to help you manage and regain your work capacity while you navigate this difficult period.
When you are under critical stress, grief, or trauma, you may become reactive, shut down, unable to remember meeting outcomes, or decisions. These are normal and automatic biological responses. But they take a toll on your work.
I use our SCRIBE framework in coaching sessions to help you manage and regain work capacity - so that your work is protected during the time you need to grieve, heal, or just regain your footing.

Designed for Executive Leaders
-
CEOs and C‑suite executives
-
Founders and business owners
-
Physicians, attorneys, and clinical leaders
-
Senior pastors and high‑pressure decision makers
Difficult times are unpredictable. But we expect that in two to six months, you will be able to direct, manage, and lead as you used to.
The Leadership Cost of Sustained High-Stakes Pressure
Your work does not pause for grief, loss, or personal upheaval. You are still making the decisions. You are still protecting your people. But you can sense that your biological cost is mounting.
-
Cognitive Friction: Decisions that used to be intuitive now feel heavy and labored.
-
The Energy Shift: You are "showing up," but your presence feels rigid or brittle.
-
Survival Mode: Your nervous system is prioritizing survival over strategy—a predictable biological response, not a personal decline.
When the stakes are this high, "powering through" is a liability.
About Dr. Shalini Jebasingh
PhD in Leadership Studies | 30+ Years International Leadership Experience
I am a trauma-informed critical stress management coach. I work with leaders going through grief, trauma, burnout, or critical stress that affects their productivity, functioning, or leadership.
I am committed to creating a safe space for my clients where they can process their work and walk away empowered to function and lead as they want to. I am also passionate about helping clients become more of who they are through the crisis, rather than losing their sense of self.
In our sessions, I work with clients to feel truly seen for who they are, for their pain to be witnessed, and for their role as leaders and team members through highs and lows to be validated.
I use our proprietary SCRIBE framework to help you manage work and regain work capacity even when you are in "crisis mode" so that you can think, prioritize, plan, make decisions, and execute well at work. I want to support you to ensure your leadership and work are not adversely affected when life is going through unexpected pain, chaos, or turmoil.
I share some more about critical stress management coaching in the video below.

The SCRIBE Framework
I utilize our proprietary, structured methodology to help you move from survival to restored capacity. We will look at four organizational frames while simultaneously working through SCRIBE:
Situational scan: Assess the work situation and identify areas that need your attention to prioritize and manage
Contextual scan: Identify the context in which you are making decisions and its influence on your decision-making
Reframe: Reframe the situational and contextual frames to know your needs, your team's and employees' needs, and the organization's needs.
Identify: Identify and prioritize outcomes, increase tolerance, and accept possibilities.
Balance: Balance your work demands and reprioritize decisions if needed.
Engage: Engage in truth at work, and keep tools handy to stabilize the nervous system if triggered.
In each coaching session, we increase your work capacity and tolerance window in work relationships. The outcome is that your work and your leadership are protected, and you can move forward to thrive again.
