Protect your work when you are navigating grief, crisis, or trauma.

If you are experiencing grief, divorce, trauma, or other adverse events that are impacting your work focus, decisions, and functions, I am here to help you protect your work.

When you are under critical stress or trauma, you may become reactive, shut down, unable to remember meeting outcomes, or unable to make decisions. These normal biological responses, designed to protect us, can derail our work.

I use our SCRIBE framework in coaching sessions to help you manage and regain work capacity. My critical stress management coaching is designed to protect your executive and leadership functions.

Regain Work Capacity and Maintain Your Organization's Stability

My coaching method is based on leadership and management principles, organizational behavior, neuroscience, and evidence-based outcomes. It is designed to help you think clearly, judge and decide rightly, show up in strength, and ensure a stable work environment.

Cognitive Clarity

Regain your ability to think clearly for decision-making

Decision Integrity

Ensure your judgment remains uncompromised.

Organizational Stability

Prevent your personal crisis from becoming an organizational one.

Leadership Presence

Preserve your leadership authority as you navigate critical stress, grief, or trauma.

The Leadership Cost of Sustained High-Stakes Pressure

Your work does not pause for grief, loss, or personal upheaval. You are still making the decisions. You are still protecting your people. But you can sense that your biological cost is mounting.

  • Cognitive Friction: Decisions that used to be intuitive now feel heavy and labored.

  • The Energy Shift: You are "showing up," but your presence feels rigid or brittle.

  • Survival Mode: Your nervous system is prioritizing survival over strategy—a predictable biological response, not a personal decline.

When the stakes are this high, "powering through" is a liability.

Designed for the High-Stakes Leader

If stepping away from responsibility is not an option, but continuing as you are is unsustainable, this work is for you.

About Dr. Shalini Jebasingh

PhD in Leadership Studies | 30+ Years International Leadership Experience

Dr. Jebasingh works exclusively with top leaders navigating personal crises that affect their work or leadership. She is the creator of the SCRIBE framework, a tool designed for leaders to manage work and regain work capacity even when they are in "crisis mode." She talks about her approach in the video.

The SCRIBE Framework

I utilize our proprietary, structured methodology to help you move from survival to restored capacity. We will look at four organizational frames while simultaneously working through SCRIBE:

  1. Situational scan: Assess the work situation and identify areas that need your attention to prioritize and manage

  2. Contextual scan: Identify the context in which you are making decisions and its influence on your decision-making

  3. Reframe: Examine the approach to work through the situational and contextual frames

  4. Identify: Identify outcomes, regain tolerance for ambiguity, and accept possibilities.

  5. Balance: Balance work and reprioritize decisions if needed.

  6. Engage: Engage in truth at work, and keep tools handy to stabilize the nervous system if triggered.

In each coaching session, we increase your work capacity and tolerance window in work relationships. The outcome is that your work and your leadership are protected, and you can move forward to thrive again.

Protect Your Leadership. Restore Your Thinking.
