All coaching uses the proprietary SCRIBE Framework, developed to help high responsibility leaders navigate work during periods of critical stress or trauma.

About your coach
Dr. Shalini Jebasingh holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and brings over 30 years of international leadership and business experience.
She works exclusively with high‑responsibility leaders navigating critical stress, loss, trauma, or prolonged pressure — helping them restore thinking capacity and leadership presence without compromising their work or values.

A systematic work challenges and work capacity audit
Coaching Session (60 minutes): $500
Sessions on managing work and restoring work capacity.
Urgent Coaching Session (60 minutes): $750
Session: Manage critical work-related needs for urgent decision-making.
This is not therapy
This work is functional, work-focused, and neuroscience-informed.
If you are already in therapy, that work is essential. Our role is different and complementary.

Critical Stress Management Coaching for High-Responsibility Leaders
