Eirene Group was founded by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh, who has a deep desire to use her experience and resources to help people thrive, both individually and collectively, within their organizations.
Our values-based, purpose-driven organizational training for mid-size companies is grounded in a research-based neuroscience approach that helps leaders and teams understand the why behind the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that shape motivation, mindset, work-related intelligence, sense of belonging, alignment with company values, and more.
Our training modules integrate neuroscience, leadership & organizational research, evidence-based practices, intelligence models, and organizational systems. This approach enables leaders and teams to build healthy habits, patterms, and safeguards that support company growth and personal well-being. Companies interested in building a culture where teams love one another and nurture a work culture of care and well-being can freely use our proprietary, research-based, validated Love in Leadership Assessment, developed by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh in 2022.

We offer confidential coaching, using our proprietary theoretical SCRIBE Model to help you navigate your work while you are coping with critical stress or trauma. Using our model, we will help you to understand your experience, effectively manage daily and critical work issues, and regain work capacity.

We work with two primary groups:
· Midsize companies, including CEOs, executive teams, and HR leaders, who want to build values-based, purpose-driven, high-performing cultures where employees and the organization grow together.
· C-suite leaders, doctors, lawyers, and business owners who are navigating critical stress from burnout, divorce, loss, grief, trauma, or other harmful life experiences that are affecting decision-making and the capacity to immediately manage work effectively. We work with them to increase their current capacity and regain work capacity so they can thrive again at work.
Where do you serve and do you offer onsite services?
We are based in Bellaire, Texas, and provide onsite organizational training in Houston, Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, San Antonio, and surrounding suburbs. Virtual training is available after we evaluate its ease of learning for your company.

What is your approach to coaching and training?
Our approach to organizational training and critical stress management coaching integrates neuroscience, leadership research, evidence-based practices, ethics, and organizational systems. We help leaders and teams understand the drivers behind thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can build healthy habits and safeguards that support sustainable growth and personal well-being. We approach for critical stress management coaching through the framework of our proprietary © SCRIBE Model, developed by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh. We use this model to work through different organizational frames to help mitigate hypervigilance, overwhelm, or shutdown responses that negatively affect decision making and work capacity. We share tools for mind-body integration that promote healing and, if needed, help you build a short-term support team by identifying trustworthy people in your network.
Who will be my coach?
Your coach is Dr. Shalini Jebasingh, founder of Eirene Group. She holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit media and leadership development. Dr. Jebasingh has worked with C-suite, professional, and political leaders across global contexts.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. All coaching conversations are private and handled with discretion and respect for you, your role, and your responsibilities.
What happens if I reach out?
If you reach out for coaching related to critical stress, your first step is a confidential 90-minute conversational leadership and executive work capacity audit, not a commitment. Dr. Jebasingh will listen, seek to understand your experience, and help you determine whether coaching is the right support for your needs.
